2025 Primary Diagnosis

Eisenhower cares for an average of 100–120 residents throughout the year. One of our primary goals is to help residents stay healthy and avoid unnecessary hospitalizations. Below is our most recent year-over-year analysis of hospital admissions by quarter.

Satisfaction

  • Residents reported an average satisfaction rate of 91% (based on a 10-question survey). 

  • External Partners rated us 3.72 out of 5 on a 5-point satisfaction scale. 

Service Access

  • From initial contact to admission Eisenhower strives to accomplish this as quickly as possible to deliver the needed care. In 2025 Eisenhower’s service access was 92 days, a few outliers had a big impact on this outcome. 

Efficiency

  • Eisenhower strives to use our resources efficiently for our residents. As we continue to expand throughout the state, we want to ensure these resources are used appropriately. In 2025 we concluded with a bed occupancy average of 83%.
