From grooming the rabbits, creating products, growing produce or improving the farm structures; there is always something to ‘get done’. The Farm is buzzing with some projects in process and others being completed everyday; pride in work is a common feeling for all involved. Sharing our products and services to the local area. Schedule and Work Day
Seven days a week clients are scheduled to care for the farms needs. Two shifts per day, clients are deployed to their departments and perform their assignments. The Enrichment Center, an extension of services for the Eisenhower Center, programs vocational skill building with the respect and care of a neuro-behavioral model rehabilitation facility.
The morning shift goes from 9am until 12pm. Lunch is provided before the afternoon shift starting at 1pm until 3:30pm. All participants in our work program start at minimum wage and have opportunities for raises and advancement with increased responsibilities and skills.
Each day clients are supervised in their preferred departments by project leaders with experience in neuro-cognitive recovery model and behavior management. Individual supervision is available as an additional service. Additional services such as Counseling, Behavioral Therapy, OT, PT, ST, Recreational Therapy, and Music Therapy are available at this campus as well.
