BRIDGE PROGRAM
The Bridge is a transitional outpatient program for those who have completed the supported apartment program and need minimal support to live successfully in the community. There is no supervision, and transportation and recreational activities are the responsibility of the resident. This is the final step before complete independence and discharge occurs.
Recipients of substance abuse prevention services have rights protected by state and federal law and promulgated rules.
