*ABOUT ESOP
Eisenhower Center is proud to be an employee-owned company. Employees of Eisenhower Center who work at least 1,000 hours in a year participate in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Our ESOP allows employees to directly have a financial stake in the success of the company. The employee does not contribute his/her own money in this plan. If you are partially (or fully) vested in the plan and decide to leave the company, you can cash in your stock and take it with you or roll it over into another retirement plan.
